POSITIVE CUSTOMER REVIEWS. RESULT OF GOOD SERVICE or RESULT OF GOOD RELATION?

 Are customers happy just because they asked for a write-up and you delivered? Perhaps in record time. Did you earn that positive review because your write-up was stellar and met the customer's expectation. In as much as it is good to be brilliant at what you do, it is important to offer good customer service and relations.

When I say customer service I'm not talking about just the usual courtesy and care you get from customer service agents in big business enterprises and corporate bodies. Write-ups and articles could be a totally different ball game. No matter how beautiful a write-up is, it could go through critics who could write it off, it can get into the hands of someone who does not share your belief or concern and be thrown out as hogwash.

In summary "a beautifully pieced writing with so much effort gone into it may not be appreciated", that I know is entirely possible. THERE IS NO UNIT OF QUALITY ASSURANCE.

So what makes you indispensable and laudable to customers

I'LL LIST TWO HERE

1. Brilliance and Creativity: Everyone experiences a "writer's block". By that, I mean having a topic to write on but totally have no ideas or thoughts flowing to create a write-up on it, a typical scenario is "I don't even know where to start with this topic". People totally appreciate it when like 'magic' a writer is able to conjure something brilliant and creative on something the customer previously had no idea about.

2. Sincerity and Integrity: Writing is hard work. I believe part of what earned me that good review I shared in the picture above was my sincerity with the customer on the topic being a new frontier to me and a huge volume to write offering to refund the money in case I don't meet up to expectations. But, alas, it still turned out awesome.

What such attitude sparks in you is selflessness and creativity; I'm not just looking out for money but for satisfaction. Because I have satisfaction at heart I strive to deliver an article that would win the heart of my customer.
